Acceptable Use Policy

Content standards, moderation, reporting and enforcement for Html2MP4 AI-generated video.

Last Updated: October 24, 2026.

Html2MP4 (“Html2MP4”, “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the service at html2mp4.com, is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI-generated content services. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions. All users of the Platform must comply with this Policy. It complements our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content types on Html2MP4, including:

  • Text: prompts, notes, brand copy and other instructions you submit.
  • Images: logos and showcase images you upload, and imagery used in compositions.
  • Audio / Video: AI-composed HTML video and rendered MP4 output.
  • User Inputs (Prompts): prompts, URLs, brand text and related instructions submitted for generation.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

Html2MP4 prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  1. Pornography / NSFW content.
  2. Violence / gore.
  3. Hate speech.
  4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
  6. Content infringing copyright or trademarks.

The clauses below break these categories and other violations down further. For image and video generation on Html2MP4, pornography / NSFW is fully prohibited — it is not permitted as “restricted” or age-gated content.

2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
  • Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Deepfakes of real individuals, including face swaps, nudification (“nudify”), intimate-scene compositing, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the individuals consent.

2.2 Restricted — Subject to Review

  • Violent content: must have a clear creative or educational context; gratuitous gore is prohibited under Section 2.
  • Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading or impersonating public figures is prohibited.
  • Medical / legal / financial advice: generated videos are not professional advice and must not be presented as such.

2.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating or spreading misinformation or disproven claims.
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Deceiving users by passing AI-generated content off as human-created without disclosure where required.
  • Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
  • Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass Platform safety measures.

2.4 Source of Uploaded Material

Brand kit and showcase flows accept user-uploaded images (for example logos and portfolio photos). You may only upload your own photos or material for which you have explicit permission from the people depicted. Uploading another person’s photos without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have permission. Permission does not authorize generating the deepfake content prohibited under Section 2.1.

3. Content Moderation

We operate a multi-layer moderation system: automated review, human review of reports, and periodic sampling as practical.

3.1 Automated Review (real-time)

Generation requests are scanned before render. Safety tooling used:

  • Waffo Prompt Sift — automated input scanning of user-facing prompts and related text before a job is charged or enqueued. Generation continues only when the verdict is allow.
  • Input filtering: keyword, semantic, and intent detection on prompts.
  • Usage pattern analysis: monitoring for anomalous or abusive use as practical.

3.2 Human Review

  • User-reported content is reviewed manually via our support channel.
  • Reports are handled by Html2MP4 operators at contact@html2mp4.com.

3.3 Periodic Audits

  • Random sampling of jobs and outputs as practical.
  • Ongoing review of block rates and false-positive reports to improve enforcement.

3.4 Content Severity Levels

4. Reporting

4.1 When to Report

  • Content or behavior violating this Policy’s content standards.
  • Critical violations involving child safety or terrorism.
  • AI impersonation or infringement of your own rights.

4.2 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: reporter identity is protected to the extent practical.
  • Impartiality: reports receive an objective look.
  • Anti-abuse: malicious or false reports may be recorded and actioned.

5. Reporting Channels

Monitored reporting channel:

Include the video or job URL if available, a short description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. For appeals of an enforcement decision, see Section 8.

6. Response & Processing Timelines

We aim for the following windows when volume allows. Critical L1 reports are prioritized.

Violation TypeInitial ResponseResolution
L1 — CriticalWithin 2 hours when practicalWithin 24 hours when practical
L2 — HighWithin 24 hoursWithin 3 business days
L3 — MediumWithin 3 business daysWithin 7 business days
L4 — LowWithin 5 business daysWithin 15 business days

If extended processing is required, we will notify the reporter when contact details are available. Workflow: received → triage (L1–L4) → review → decision → enforcement → notification when practical.

7. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and history, we may take one or more of the following actions we can actually carry out:

  • Warning — written notice requiring removal or correction.
  • Remove / delete videos or jobs — take down or delete violating outputs and related job records.
  • Forfeit credits — remove unused credits associated with abusive use.
  • Suspend or ban account — temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.
  • Report L1 to authorities — when required by law or for criminal-level child safety / terrorism / similar L1 cases, we may report and cooperate with investigations.

8. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing contact@html2mp4.com within 14 days of notice. Include your account email, the job or video identifier if any, and why you believe the decision was wrong. We aim to give an independent look when practical (a reviewer other than the person who made the original call, when staffing allows). One-line note: wrongly blocked prompts can also be appealed at the same address.

9. Transparency & Policy Updates

  • Material changes to this Policy will update the “Last Updated” date above.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
