Terms of Service

The rules for using Html2MP4 during early access.

Effective date: October 21, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Html2MP4 (“Html2MP4”, “we”, “us”), including the website at html2mp4.com and the video generation service we are building (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: [email protected].

1. Early access

Html2MP4 is in early access. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed at any time, may be unavailable at times, and may not work as described. We may also change or end the early-access program.

2. Accounts

You may need an account, created with Google sign-in or your email address, to use some features. Keep your sign-in method secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

3. Your content

“Your content” means the prompts, URLs, logos, images, colors, text and other material you submit, and the videos generated from them.

  • You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including for any logos, trademarks, images and website content you provide or point us to.
  • License to us. You keep any rights you have in your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI provider described in our Privacy Policy to generate HTML, and rendering and storing your videos.
  • Generated output. Subject to these Terms and the rights of others, you may use the videos generated for you. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, similar to output created for others, or unsuitable for your purpose; review it before you publish it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • infringes or misappropriates anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including impersonating a person or brand without authorization;
  • is hateful, harassing, violent or threatening, sexually exploits minors, or contains sexually explicit material;
  • contains malware or is intended to harm systems.

You also must not interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or use it to fetch pages you are not permitted to access. We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), OpenAI (AI generation) and Cloudflare (network delivery). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. HyperFrames is open-source software by HeyGen; Html2MP4 is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HeyGen.

6. Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the pricing and payment terms before they apply, and you will only be charged if you choose a paid plan.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that generated output will be accurate, or that your content or videos will be preserved; keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HTML2MP4 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Html2MP4 harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your violation of these Terms or of anyone’s rights.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content responsibility, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify signed-in users by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
