About Html2MP4

Who runs this site, what the product does, and how it relates to open-source HyperFrames.

Html2MP4 (html2mp4.com) is an independently operated browser product for turning HTML compositions, free-form prompts, public website URLs, brand kits and ready-made templates into downloadable H.264 MP4 videos. You sign in with Google or an email code, pick a create path, and we render on servers we operate — you do not install Node, Chrome, FFmpeg or a local HyperFrames CLI.

Under the hood, rendering uses HyperFrames, an open-source HTML-to-video framework (Apache-2.0). Html2MP4 is a hosted way to run that class of pipeline: we accept your input, queue the job on our workers, encode the frames, and let you download the finished MP4 when the job succeeds. Typical create lengths are short promo clips (often about 6–30 seconds on HTML/prompt-style paths; showcase can run longer based on material). Aspect ratios include landscape 16:9, square 1:1, portrait 4:5 and vertical 9:16.

What you can create

The product is organized around a few entry points, all aimed at the same outcome — a downloadable MP4 without running a desktop render stack:

  • HTML to MP4 — Paste HyperFrames-ready or seekable HTML/CSS/JS and enqueue a server render.
  • Prompt to video — Describe the brief in free-form language; we generate a composition and render it.
  • Templates — Official layouts (product launch, sale promo, event invite, and more) with a short field schema — fill fields, enqueue, download.
  • Website to video — Point at a public URL, optionally add focus notes, and get a designed promo rather than a raw screen recording.
  • Product launch video — Hook → feature beats → CTA launch narrative from a live-site Website brief (distinct from template demos).
  • Brand kit and Showcase — Keep approved brand assets or turn a body of work into a longer reel.

There is no submit-time live preview editor and no public REST API for video jobs. You submit, wait for the worker, then download. Guides such as What is HyperFrames?, the tutorial and FAQ explain the engine and the hosted product without requiring you to operate Chrome yourself.

Credits and billing (high level)

Html2MP4 sells one-time credit packs (no subscription). 1 credit = 1 successful render, whether you used HTML, Prompt, Templates, Website, Brand kit or Showcase. New accounts typically receive a free signup credit to try; free signup credits are not cash-refundable. Credits do not expire and stay on the purchasing account. If a paid job fails because of a system error on our side, we return the credit automatically. User-input failures and successful jobs you simply dislike are not refunded as credits or cash — see Pricing and Terms · Refunds for pack prices and the unused-purchase refund window. Checkout is handled by a Merchant of Record; we reconcile orders so credits land on your account.

Not affiliated / unofficial

Html2MP4 is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HeyGen. “HyperFrames” is a trademark of its owner. Guides on this site that mention HyperFrames describe the open-source project and how our hosted service relates to it — they are not official HeyGen documentation, not a HyperFrames subsidiary page, and not a substitute for upstream docs on hyperframes.dev or the heygen-com/hyperframes repository. Use the open-source CLI when you want unlimited local experiments; use Html2MP4 when you want zero install and a credit-based hosted export.
